During the preparation phase of 100% sourdough sandwich bread, I do not use any water. I shape the dough after a 16-hour cold fermentation process using completely organic milk and organic whole wheat flour. I do the final fermentation process at room temperature for about seven hours and then, bake them. They are healthy, very soft, and delicious. You can either consume them after resting for a while or prefer them for your cold sandwiches with a mind at peace.
