Sourdough Village Bread

Village bread that I bake in a stone-based oven always reminds me of my grandmother’s village house, where I spent my childhood and had mulberry, cherry, plum, and sour cherry trees in its garden. I have grown up with these flavors since I was little, and I hope I can always maintain these flavors and enjoy the happiness of being able to share them with new people every day.

Kucuklugumden beri bu lezzet ile buyudum ve umarim bu lezzeti daima surdurebilir ve her gecen gun yeni insanlarla paylasabilmenin mutlulugunu yasayabilirim.
